Weeks spent on top of the ladder during their three in quick succession premiership years:
Lions - 24 weeks
Cats - 21 weeks
Hawks - 20 weeks
Tigers - 0 weeks
(my comment 2018 was their best minor round year of the 4, they lost PF final, but were top for 15 rounds in 2018.)

I didn't realise we spent so many weeks in 9th spot.

Second top for weeks no. 1 and bottom 4, for being bottom for one flag is a failure across multiple administrations (though especially the current lot). The weeks 9th is an interesting one. We were no where near the top in 'Remember 2012!', all those off contract years of Hinkley have really added up though. That mid-table mediocrity of 'not good enough to challenge, not shit enough to get good picks', worst of all worlds, that Koch and co. don't realise is the worst case for any club, over a long period.

This is tough.

Are you judging by only Port games? If so, that might knock Wanganeen back a bit in my mind (still a bloody good player).

I have Grey, Tredrea, Chad Cornes, Wanganeen and for shear heart Matthew Primus (how many players directly result in a rule change?)

honourable mentions to Wilson, Boak (PAFC AFL games record holder) and Shaun Burgoyne.
