Someone posted this mock up on the SUNS board which would look far superior IMO. The gold (actual gold, not yellow) gives them a unique colour, makes use of one of their alleged colours and obviously fits nicely with their name too.

Whereas at Port - we have gunmetal grey, not actual silver

But hey! We're just a battling club, aiming at carbon neutrality!
Can't expect too much.

Bizarre branding strategy to give the SUNS the same colours as Brisbane/Fitzroy.

They should drop the blue, it's not serving them. A yellow guernsey with a red logo was the way to go, but they ****ed it.

Oh well, shit branding for a shit AFL franchise. Pointless meets pointless.

Gold Coast may as well just wear a red guernsey. Who can pick the difference in the logo and background in the red guernsey during a match?

Now that we’re seeing the new crows logo alongside other clubs on the afl website, to me, it just looks small and insignificant. No background shield etc. to set it off.
