True, easy to blame it on one guy. Lame as that guy may be.
I have always thought our senior players to be weak mentally, ie unable to perform at their peak in big games under pressure, for many years.
I see no remedy short term short of a huge cull Logan’s run style.

Interesting, only one who surprises me is Lycett out pointing mcinerny. I thought he stunk. Really ugly ruck work/ style which seems the antithesis of our fast midfield

A really poor effort in the end. Hard task, but we were more than capable on paper but missed chances (yet again), killed us.
Nothing kills the spirit and endeavour like a shot from 20 metres out in front going sideways.
Then the third Q was just crap. Many down, and at least Finlayson, who hasn't looked interested in over a month, and Duursma need to go.

All isn't lost, but will need to do it the hard way. Expect to beat GWS soundly, but Collingwood at the G will either be a brilliant triumph, or a replay of the 03 Prelim, which was damn hard to sit through.

Nah rubbish acts like that deserve a fine at the very least. Viney attacked Boak in the back earlier in the season and Boak was out for two weeks with sore ribs / kidney
