Yes but unfortunately modern sports photography doesn't lend itself to a vintage look. Sharp camera focus and angles not to mention all the corporate logos don't exactly scream "the old days"!
Logan's is the only one that kinda works, bitta John Coleman about him. The two blondes' photos in Rowbottom & Warner would've worked well if not for their exceptionally non-vintage-VFL hair. Rowbottom's is like something out of Baywatch and Warner's belongs in the Sex Pistols.
But eh.

Lachie Rankin also has a bit of an old-school look about him, but my opinion could be swayed by the fact that I've already been to 2072 and seen that he ends up in between Bob Pratt & Dick Reynolds as a "Legend" in the Hall of Fame.

Watching the Storm v Roosters game on Fox. Is at the SCG. I can't remember the surface looking this bad in the last decade. Looks like an absolute goat track. God help us when we next have to play on it. Let's just pray when league has their sparkly new stadium finished next door, the **** off and never play on the ground again.
