The players eligible for the BYB (Best Young Bloke) Award playing in this game are Anthony Morabito, Alex Silvagni, Nat Fyfe and Dylan Roberton

They are all eligible for the 5-4-3-2-1 votes if you feel any (or all) of them were among our best 5 players on the ground.

So, you are now posting two lots of votes - the FFCBFPOTY 5-4-3-2-1 votes, and then a second set of 3-2-1 for the FFCBFBYB vote(s).

Any questions ask them here: http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/showthread.php?t=683761

5. Balla - Cant go past his chasing today, add 4 goals and he was best on.
4. Duffield - Ran the entire game, had an awesome last quarter.
3. Hilly - Did some really good things, with Duff was about the only one working in the last
2. de Boer - Amazing chases, the bloke gives 100% at every contest.
1. McPhee - Seems to be hitting some decent form to go with his great tackling.

This is why I love footy, I thought Jonno was absolutley weak today.

SC scores aren't definitive by any means, but when the game was on the line he scored 105 SC points in the final quarter. He really stood up at the end. It was only a few (mainly Johnson, Duffield, Hill) who dragged us over the line.

5. Ballantyne - Put last week behind him and on the whole was the match-winner
4. Hill - Great to watch, entertaing battle with Tom Scully
3. Duffield - Fantastic long kicking all throughout the game
2. Broughton - Immense under pressure in the second half
1. de Boer - Tackling and pressure was first class

Could have given votes to Mundy and McPhee as well.

BYB

2. Morabito - Yeah he screwed up shots at goal but had some first class clearences as well
2. Roberton
1. Silvagni - Solid on Jurrah
1. Fyfe

5. Ballantyne. Only had to wait one week for redemption.
4. Hill. Outpointed Scully, dynamic on the deck and in the air.
3. Sandi. Regularly double-teamed, but still best big man on the park.
2. Duffield. Steadying influence, though outpointed in the 3rd quarter.
1. Mora. Made some errors, but first 4 quarter performance for the club

Bit of a gap to the rest.

BYB

3. Mora
2. Roberton. Like the way he tried never to waste a disposal, even under pressure you could see that he was trying to think his way out. Will continue to get better.
1. Fyfe

5. Balla - match winner, nuff said
4. Hill - class desperation, effort
3. Ibbo - cool, calm collected and gutsy when it counted
2, Mora - superb around the stoppages
1. MJ - best game for ages

3. Mora
2. Fyfe - usual classy and composed game.
1. Silvagni - composed, solid.

You talking about where he squibbed it on the flank going back with the ball in the last quarter?

It looked ugly but I don't believe he squibbed it (remember he later pulled down a mark in front of the pack a few minutes later).

I think it has more to do with lack of communication/poor decision making; I left wondering whether the players had taken the same monastic vow of silence as our cheer squad.

5.Balla - chase and tackle most of the day + only person who wanted to kick straight :)
4. Duff- great rebounder as usual
3.mora- if he had kicked straight woulda been BOG , great clearance work
2. Hill - stood up when game needed to be won
1. Mundy- got tagged heavy in 2nd half but first half was dominant , + alot of ppl went missing in 2nd half not only him

BYB
3.Mora
2.Fyfe (pied Piper)
1.Roberton
