I honestly think the standard now is almost at the level where you could remove some of the girls rules and it would improve the contest. I’d put 18 players on the field for each team, the one less players makes switching the ball much harder and I think now is increasing congestion instead of reducing it

Shevlin knock on to no-one (to Lions player) after Seymour cleared the D50

watched whole game:

Hicks and Dallaway noticeably good

Ryan, Bacon and Ford noticeably unsighted for most of the game

really good hit out before Rd1

when Kelly not rucking, must man up as Lions ruck hit it away from the immediate contest and found free players too many times

yeah, liked what i saw of Kelly, maybe losing MM won't be that bad as 1st thought
liked Hicks and Dallaways game, good assets

We played pretty well tho scoring dried up a bit in sec half as lions put foot down , they only broke thru in last couple of min
Pretty sure it looked like conti off in 4q so they were lucky . From what I saw we will win our share of games as lions are very good side and we went with them
Libby graham excellent , kb vey good , hicks lively but disposal a bit crude but an upgrade on cox , is always involved . I like demps, a cool head and good user of footy she’s still going strong . Bacon got involved , lots of tackles not too many possies
