No idea, I don't follow Freo!

So you are that far out of the loop that you missed the fact it was Harvey and Robert Shaw who made the decision on Collard?

Shaw is a tool though. So it was basically Harvey who has coached a AFL side for all of 6 months..again great work Freo:thumbsdown:

If collard goes to Richmond, whats going to stop him associating with Jetta/ Ryder?WA boys etc then as he will be living in melbourne.
if richmond pass on him in PSD they may still get him as a rookie as they have first choice there.
So there isnt really that much difference in us taking him or not negatively wise if he ends up in melb. Collard has talent, question is really how high Prescott and Knights rate him and whether he can turn corner at essendon. If we want him will probably have to use PSD pick, if hes still available. Personally i want him, but im not sure whether he is worth the risk. And i dont want another cupido awesome player, wasted too many chances.

Although i wouldnt mind picking up bellchambers - tassie ruck to bolster ruck stocks as he may be taken before rookie time as well.

thats a good point patty. if he is going to be in melbourne anyway perhaps we should take the gamble on him.

i reckon bellchambers will still be there when it is our first pick in the rookie draft. richmond, carlton, melbourne and the dogs all have 4 ruckman on their list

You want your cake and eat it to.

Its okay I want to be John Holmes and not get AIDS.

You have convinced me. Get Collard.

Oh and how could it have eluded me that Richmond and Esendon are in the same town. Thanks for clearing that one up. I have been away too long

One of the minds behind our last premiership success is a tool.
Every time you post it confirms how much of a tool you are

He wants to turn it around, and he is a sweet young man that just wants a 2nd chance. I recon he is worth a punt!

You have no clue. You don't know the guy intimately. I would prefer to let Macpie in here than listen to your drivel.

A bit more news with team lists. Matthew Lloyd has been designated as a veteran player and that means the Bombers could take two players in the preseason draft.

PSD pick 2: Tom Bellchambers
Rookie pick 1: Paddy McGinnity
Rookie pick 2: Travis Dulic
Rookie Pick 3: Jarrod Atkinson
We have 2 rookie spots now.
