Thanks for your concern Bag. Monash will get better as the season goes on (couldn’t get any worse!) 3 first choice KPPs and the captain out injured has made for a slow start. Lots of quality there so must improve.

No drama. Clearly we’ve been poor regardless of injuries
Prem B up to it's old tricks it seems. Top 4 locked and loaded after 3 rounds and the gap to the rest is enormous. A couple of good sides to remain in B for 2019 and will need to contend with 2 quality teams coming down.
Not as sure about the Top 4 being locked as other, or relegation for that matter. I reckon you want to see everyone play each other once first.
That being said Old Carey look a Monty to go up.

Therein lies the beauty of VAFA footy. Genuine competition at both ends of the table, genuine interest in promotion and relegation, all makes for a fascinating season.
Caulfield . This one intrigues.

Wouldn’t be suprised to see Caulfield or Hailebury win. Both these games were tough to tip.
Noticed Blacks have played same 22 for first three games. Very handy for them.

Caulfield to win match of the round. Neither team have beaten anyone good, so a bit of a guess. One would be tempted to point to Caulfield’s rd 1 flogging, but Carey are something else and Caulfield has been in C for two seasons, got a rude wake up call and have responded. Caulfield by 7.
Old Carey by 82 against Mazenod. Nothing against Mazenod but OC had a couple of their best out last week and did it in a canter. Jaksch literally out of control.
Blacks by plenty inside the white picket fence.
Parkdale will keep getting better and may rev the engine against OHA. Parky by 35.
No AJAX upset over StB’s first time around this year. Doggies by 68.

Really solid win by the Fields down at Shark Park. Much more even than the margin suggests.
AJAX competitive for 1 quarter - that was it. Bernard's did enough in the second quarter and then won going away in the second half. No form line on Bernards until rounds 7 to 9 when they play Beaumaris, Blacks and Caulfield. Still unsure how good they are. Good to see Tom Sullivan play his first game for the season today. Was very good for someone who last played in 2016. Chad Jones very hard to stop for most B grade defenders - kicked 9.
