Great to have some footy talk on here. As someone said , what a terrific round of footy coming up and it should be dry. Could be a couple of upsets on the cards. Is it true that Caulfield and Monash have a few gone OS ?

Caulfield have had a mix of mainly injuries to key players. Covered because of great depth at the moment . Hopefully back to full strength by finals but certainly not in the very near future.

Always a chance, but they are going very well. The trivial report last week didn't help, if it was the AFL he would have got off with a better angle. Reported off the vision is bullshit as it was on the other side of the ground, yes the player got hurt, but it was unavoidable contact.

Did that incident trigger the Melee that both clubs got fined for?

No the first one did which was nothing, in both reports a decent ump should have paid a free and maybe a 25 at the worst. Not good news tonight, looks like one of our boys who was in the vafa 19's looks like he's out for the year thanks to that game, but that's footy.

You are joking surely?

The Pirates kick the sweep against Marcellin; Kew hand Mazenod their second consecutive defeat (maybe too late for the Bears to make the four); Caulfield go to equal top with a thumping win over Ormond; Oakleigh hand the Wellers a possible "get out of relegation free card"; Old Ivanhoe work hard to get over Willy.

What a relegation battle. % so close as well. I'm thinking Wellers and Monds most likely but it's a raffle.
Nodders off the boil. Sure they came up against a very well coached....I mean a strong team today, but form is concerning.
Maplebet has just wound the Fields into $1.60 for the flag.

Ormond will lose another player this week after a weak act took out one of our kids

Disappointing. Certainly a club with issues.
On field they are likely to head into the Dreaded D divisions again. Also they seem to have a bogan element that is causing some match day reports.
At last years GF they had a large bogan bunch drinking cans of spirits behind the goals. Gave the security on the day quite a handful.
Quite a fall from the lofty heights of an era that looks a long long time ago.

On this occasion they were very quiet the act was so soft to a ball player who had torn them apart. Even the supporters new it was a pathetic and weak act. Fortunately the umpire was right there but the kid missed the rest of the game and may miss next week.

Really disappointing to see that type of act in amatuer football.

Not good.
Once a very proud club!
