I've got 'hamstring awareness' right now after bending over picking out weeds yesterday, they are sore but I know it's just muscle soreness and I'm not injured. Either you have done something or you haven't. Freeman has obviously done something, it's a cover up.

I'd be shocked if there was not some kind of get out clause for the Saints if the injury persists.
Doubt he will see the 900K in full.

they are saying he will spend the year in 2's and wont play seniors this year. that's a ridiculous position.

INJURY cursed Saint Nathan Freeman is not expected to play AFL footy this year.

St Kilda coach Alan Richardson said today the former Magpie, who is battling ongoing hamstring issues and is still yet to make his AFL debut after being recruited with pick No.10 in the 2013 draft, is already being aimed for the 2017 season.

“It got a bit tight. Given his history, alarm bells go off,” Richardson said.

“He’s had a few hiccups. We knew that was going to happen.

“Hopefully he’ll be right to go in a couple of weeks and when I say right to go, start again in terms of potentially some reserves footy and we’ll see what happens from there.”

Richardson says he isn’t planning to play Freeman in the AFL in 2016.

Pretty sure one of the reasons spruiked at the time of leaving was that he was getting guaranteed money at St Kilda. Sux to be him either way though. I'm sure he'd rather be out there earning his pay
