The disappointing part is we should have won, dominated the second quarter and kicked 2 goals 7 and couldn’t defend the game late and hold onto out Margin.

The game was ours to win and we gave it up, bad kicking is bad football.

Nothing against them, Definitely going to be a good side this year Brisbane.
right, so sort out the late game and you guys will be in the mix in September.
Hey, at least you dont support Melbourne!

I can already predict what our self righteous "super fans" are gonna say in their next podcast. "I can't believe the over-reaction of people on bigfooty. We're 2 & 1 and in a good position. Those big footy people are so negative....................".

The reason we are so negative already is we have seen this before. Over and over. We lose twice as many close games as we win. When we have more inside 50s we still lose 1/4 of these games. Our forward structure is awful. I think there was only one leading mark and goal for us in the whole game (Ryder)
We miss easy shots on goals and it's our so called champions (eg Westhoff)who do it over and over again when we need them most. We bring in an underdone Wines just cos he's Ken's pet. Same crap, different day.

Short of an injury crisis or other unforeseen implosion, Brisbane will make the eight.

Tom Cutler, Louis Taylor, Allen Christensen and Nick Robertson can’t crack this lineup atm, and premiership Bulldog Marcus Adams will be fit in a month or so.
The AFL has set them up nicely. Fagan and Noble both smart cookies and good pick ups.
