So frustrating that last year we had issues in midfield and it took until the end of the season to play Bowes there, and GCS have now accidentally given us 2 potentially high quality mids in Bowes and pick 7.

Shame the days of Gold Coast looking after us are going with Hardwick up there.

Jack Bowes is having a revelation of a season. Worth every bit of the eye watering trade*

*may not have been Geelong eyes watering

dazbroncos with you being the driver of the Neale train and myself sitting Atleast in first class we’re going to add a few extra carriages if this game continues for him
I've been on this train a while too and I'm liking most of what I'm seeing. Unlucky his mark inside 50 wasn't paid, I think that first grab at it too Stengle should have stayed down. Hasn't been the favourite target either.

I feel like he has read a few entries wrong though. A couple of marking contests he looked like he was just running to the wrong spot, read the flight wrong, got shuffled out the way a bit easy etc.

I think he has the potential though. He has some great attributes

We made out like demons in that deal lmao. It was a good time to be on bigfooty, the salt was overflowing

Efficiency is so underrated. Some many teams are full of well credentialed players who are anything but efficient.

North remind me of Malthouse era Carlton, just no intensity or will required to win

Leave me a seat!!

There's about 5 of us on this board who haven't given up on him. Nice to see the faith being rewarded today.

Apart from 2007-2011 this is up there for how positive I've felt as a Cats fan, so satisfying. Does anyone else feel like we're in better shape than 2022 right now? It's just a relief to have so many youngsters contributing as best 22
Agree 100%.

Said it before, the future of this group is so bright that winning a flag would be an absolute bonus.

We're basically in a rebuilding year, except we don't shut up shop and tell the supporters to wait 5 years. We just go out and win games.

Absolute pleasure supporting this club.
