My view would be as follows:
  1. Don't rate Buckley and was never part of a successful side as a player and didn't get it done for the Pies in 2018 when they had the game at their mercy. Hard no for mine.
While Buckley never had the ultimate success, he has been agonisingly close both as player and coach.

As a player he captained Collingwood to the 2002 and 2003 Grand Final and even won the Norm Smith. We all know about 2018 Grand Final.

The fact that he has been so close may give him the fire in his belly to try to achieve the ultimate success.

Having said that my main preference for coach is Adam Simpson (I think a new different list a new environment will rejuvenate his coaching) and Adam Yze.

Grigg, Hinckley or Buckley I wouldn't mind either.

I disagree totally.
Leppa is a shite coach, a shite bloke and has no clue about football.
Richmond would be crazy to go after a failed coach that has not coached his own team for many years.

I think best they just leave him where he is at Collingwood and look eleswhere.

PLEASE;)
ha. I was thinking who is this peanut?! You guys pinched both Leppa and Fly, it's only fair we pinch one of them back.

That is the most insane theory ever mate

He needs a break from Richmond. not the job. He will be coaching by next season, almost guarantee it.

Hardwick was under contract for next year?
If so and he has chosen to walk away from Richmond would Richmond have something to say about him coaching next year ( at Port for example )

Buckley or Cameron at this stage for me. Would not want anyone that has previously played at the club or under Dimma. Need a non Richmond perspective to keep that hard nosed edge. Buckley's football brain is elite

Scott Burns has to have an interview with his CV. Also, Ash Hansen, Josh Carr and Jarrod Schofield. The best recycled coach would be Leon Cameron. Ex tiger who did good things at GWS and would have much better environment at Tigerland.

It has to be someone from outside the club. We need new ideas and opinions imo
Put your hand up? I reckon this is why you didnt go for the mod position because you knew there was an opening at RFC

Can everyone stop saying Buckley. Already ruled himself out this morning
if you're talking about SEN, then not really, he gave it a simple brush off, but there was nothing definitive about it at all.

And there have been plenty who have said no during the season only to be a head coach somewhere the following year.

It would be worse for him, his image etc. if he said he's in, then not get the job, damages his credibility in the media.

Whoever gets the job will be in for a hard Grigg, trying to follow up after Dimma's successful coaching Stinkley. As like the other big clubs, we Leppa to think we should be playing finals at a Mini all the time. So I wish our future coach all the Bucks in the world as I think Yze will need it.
^Im trying to decipher the coding in your message.
