So who's getting along this evening?

Melbourne are fielding a young side even by their standards, most key talls missing. Hogan, Dawes, Clark, Gawn, Jamar.

The real interest for the Dee's is the midfield, can the new additions of Cross, Tyson, Vince and co. have an immediate impact?

I will be watching clearance differentials and I50's closely.

Tigers by 40 for the prediction.

9000 hundred of goals, I assume? 54000 points?

That's my prediction, anyway.
I dunno. It's the preseason.
So I''m sure they have some new snazzy way of measuring the margins.
Super goals are a thing of the past. Except to Dwayne.

Richmond by 80.

Melbourne have all there good forwards / talls out.
Will be interesting to see how their newly adjusted midfield goes though.

What kind of lineup are Richmond going in with?

Missing 5 definate and 2 probable best 22 players. Reiwoldt, Maric, Jackson, Conca & King (+ Knights & Grimes).

So a decent NAB squad, but a fair way off full strength.

How many of Melbourne's best 22 are missing?
Best 22 missing from the squad are Clark, Garland, Dawes, Viney, Hogan, Jamar, Kent and possibly Gawn. Garland is a big loss to the backline and we have all our quality talls out, but midfield should line up well.
