Something happened in the background we're not aware of, I'm sure.

The past 6 weeks where typical Essington, but worse.
We went from possible top 5 candidates to the abysmal wreck.

I hope a lot of guys get a tap on the shoulder, this includes off field staff.

We were never really top five candidates. But we were at least playing competitive footy. The last six weeks have been diabolical.

Typical end of a season, players not caring. The club will go silent during finals and then we'll let Parish go and start some puff pieces on what a good oppurtunity it is going to the draft with early picks. Then we'll draft some skinny flankers who can't kick but pretend they were always going top of the draft. We'll release some photo's of players training in summer and how it's the hardest pre-season they have ever done, then the season will start the season and the circle of bullshit will continue.

I normally get excited for off season list management stuff, the draft ect.. couldn’t care less anymore. I cop so much off my mates. It’s actually embarrassing now - the clubs sucked all the joy out of football.. I’ll be back tho

Unfortunately Essendon beat me to it. Because they stopped weeks ago.

And no the season is not too long Brad. 17 other clubs seem to be doing just fine.

Same with me… I checked the footy app just before the game to see who was playing, and got a surprise to see it was us. Had to cancel the movie with the missus. Wish I hadn’t to be honest.
