RFK does say some sensible things; the sugar industry is bad, ultra processed foods are bad, American access to healthy food is poor, and people could do more exercise.
That doesn’t excuse all the batshit insane stuff he says.
There’s plenty of other options that could take on their food industry and pharmaceutical advertising without the vaccine skepticism or plans to try to use drugs for off-label stuff they have been tested and found not to work for.
I know you made many salient points but it's hard to me read past this sentence, "this is what Trump fans keep ignoring".

The letter, obtained by The New York Times, marks the first time in recent memory that Nobel laureates have banded together against a Cabinet choice, according to Richard Roberts, winner of the 1993 Nobel in Physiology or Medicine, who helped draft the letter. The group tries to stay out of politics whenever possible, he said.
But the confirmation of Mr. Kennedy, a staunch critic of mainstream medicine who has been hostile to the scientists and agencies he would oversee, is a threat that the Nobel laureates could not ignore, Dr. Roberts said.
