I don't think anyone is blaming the Rookies. I think we are blaming the recruiting department for not identifying talent, the coaches for not developing the players, and the club period.

I think that is true.. When dean cox came to the eagles, he couldn't run around the oval, let alone play a game of football.
It's how you develop the players you got, not just names on a list..
