Thurstans has always been a pet project of Williams, thats only one player though. Usually they are ruthless with their list management and its something we need to learn from IMO and not try and look for loose parallels to try and justify it.

You can pull up isolated players here and there, but the fact remains that Port appear to be far superior with their list management than us.

I don't think anyone is blaming the Rookies. I think we are blaming the recruiting department for not identifying talent, the coaches for not developing the players, and the club period.

I think that is true.. When dean cox came to the eagles, he couldn't run around the oval, let alone play a game of football.
It's how you develop the players you got, not just names on a list..
