We're at the point where we probably want this deal to go through. He's a gun but we're very deep in his position and are apparently going to add Perryman. The draft capital could be spent to go and get players that will make more of a difference to our list.

If he’s out next year and we don’t land luko as a replacement, we’re going to be much worse off. This isn’t my opinion, we saw it play out for weeks.
Any players we get in are almost certainly not going to make up the gap in what we’re losing here.
That doesn’t mean we don’t do a trade, if he wants out and there’s viable trades available we do it because we might as well get the best deal we can for him once he’s asked to go.

Have had some knowledge on this situation from the start, a family member installs pools, Dan was going through there company to get an in ground put in, hole was dug and everything ready to go when Dan pulled the pin and asked if the whole could be filled back in 'change of mind'. 12 of the first 13 goals came from turnovers against Sydney, not saying we would've won the game but that would not of happened if Houston and to a lesser extent Farrell had of played.

Nah, there were a few bad turnovers (Boak and Burto most obvious) but a lot of the turnovers were Sydney's defenders picking off out inside 50s with ease as Rat and Dixon were completely immobile and even when they did make it to the marking contests had very little impact and still either conceded a mark, or Sydney collected the crumb and rebounded straight out.
