I never saw him play, what did people that did, make of his first games?
First game barely saw him, 2nd game got kicked in the head early and out with concussion.
 
Feel like we need a player like this kid to surprise and become the goods to boost our depth.
Since 2012 when the Category B became a thing with the expansion teams and the new CBA, I reckon only the Irish guys and Mason Cox have had any impact at AFL level.

I know you said depth, but a good depth player will play around half a dozen games a year.

For clarification Mark Blicavs was taken as a rookie in December 2011 as a unregistered 3 year player as he was trying to qualify for 2012 Olympics. Next Draft was the start of Category B's.
