It’s no accident that he’s been leading the pressers with “I don’t like that narrative around St Kilda”. He will feed this to the players. All part of footy psychology.

i honestly dont think this works and i do think its a last ditch effort of an admin thats out of ideas....

having said that i can't deny it doesn't feel good. it feels like a wound has been healed.

i do like ross standing up for the club and it does feel nice having past players reconnect with the club. i also like that he's always been about the smaller battling clubs rather than large power clubs.

maybe it might instill some pride back in the place. which would be nice. a bit of respect and fight.

hopefully the players can get a shift in how they approach their careers and the results they get.

There’s never any guarantees in life.. but this is sure a 100% better chance at improving that us under Ratts. This will allow us to create an elite and high performance environment. If Ross can’t get us a premiership, at least we’ve built a very very solid foundation for long term success.

Fraser could easily teach a few things about forward craft. He could even kick straight after holding the ball with those mangled fingers! No excuses.

Oh man, it feels awesome. Look you want to get the best available, but it's not like Harves and Lenny aren't well credentialed. It's a big improvement on what we've had taking out the ex Saints factor. But you know that these guys are going to have so much passion and fire to drive the team. Just get in Cripps ear for next year
