We're discussing teams playing from a venue with a roof vs teams not playing under a roof. You can lump the other 14 teams together and still get a better strike rate.

Well, it's fair to say that lack of exposure to various weather conditions do, in some part, play a factor in performances at locations with those factors. Naturally it's not the only measure of success or failure
