Judging Franklin or Rohan's scoring potential on that game is not a great idea. Conditions and delivery were rubbish for large chunks of the day. Both will improve.

No need to panic on him at the moment people - had a below average/sluggish game with rubbish delivery to him and other forwards - he scores 50-70 per week i will take that until the bye rounds all day long

Rohan will score 50 all year, much better forward options available for cheaper. JKH (if he gets a game) will probably score the same for 60k less

LOL ^^ Rohan was never going the set the SC world on fire never hes really been a great sc scorer.With lack of fwd rookies with dodgey JS rohan has soild js we paid the extra 50k for the js.In a perfect world..> non spilt round and kersten was fit and ready to roll and 2/3 others rookies were picked rohan would have been left on the shelf.

Who said anything about Honeychurch?

Poster above you did. Wasn't answering you in particular (hence the lack of quotation) just addressing the Rohan thing generally. For me, 1) his JS is good and 2) that was a bad game for the Swans in every aspect, real and fantasy-related. I'm happy with Rohan for now. Just another opinion.

Rohan = Job Security.

What's Honeychurch's like?
May debut later in the year.
Some touting him for round 1, personally I'm not convinced (Hunter is well ahead)

Sorry, that's what I meant - that Honeychurch's JS was poor to non-existent right now, and Rohan, while not pumping massive scores, is comfortably best 22. Trying to make a point against some of the more over the top round 1 reactions.

A mid-season debut for Honeychurch would be an ideal downgrade target though!

Yeah, Rohan has the JS which is why he is most teams I'd suspect.

Honbeychurch may not have the JS this year even if he does debut, but the dual position could be quite handy later in the season

Gonna burn a couple of trades early to turn Swan into Ablett and get Swallow back in. Talked myself into picking Hurn over Swallow despite liking Swallow all summer. Hurn to Swallow gives me enough cash to turn Swan back into Gaz. I'd be happy with my midfield then; Gaz, Libba, Cornes, Beams and Cross.

And if Hurn gets 120 next week?

Wait until the end of the round!

That's the gamble. I can do something like Petrie -> Rough right now to get Gaz in next week. But I'd honestly prefer Petrie. And I'm still not entirely sure why I changed from Hurn to Swallow.

I thought Rohan was stiff for his score. Deserved a bit more. Looked pretty dangerous and got well up the ground to get some midfield possies as well.
