Who’s on Ginnivan? And who’s the black armband for?
VALE NEVILLE GAY, BRIAN CROWE, KEN TIMMS AND MICHAEL MORCOM

The club is saddened by the passing of Neville Gay, Brian Crower, Ken Timms and Michael Morcom. The team will wear black armbands during today’s match as a mark of respect and show support for their families.

Neville Gay was a former Director who devoted many years to the Essendon Football Club, having sat on the Board and sub-committees from 1970 - 2004. Neville was inducted by the Club as a Life Member in 1980.

Brian Crowe was a former Director. Neville was a Board member, EFC life member, original Dick Reynolds Club (DRC) committee member, member of the Coleman Club and Collins Street Dons.

Ken Timms was a 1962 Premiership player who played 134 games for Essendon between 1957-1965. He also represented Victoria in 1962 and 1963. Ken was a versatile player who played as a ruck-rover before becoming full-back and then moving into the ruck and forward line.

Mick Morcom, father of current-AFLW Bomber and staff member Alex Morcom, was a respected farmer in the Wimmera region and lifelong Bombers fan.

Kelly ain't gonna make it on the wing if he needs to pause and look around for 15 seconds before he moves the ball every time. Burned a guy badly then
The fact Kelly is in the team means we need to question Brad's plan.

Yep, instead of having Kelly play wing and cover Martin's player when he pushes forward, why doesn't Martin play wing, but run into the backline to take possession in the back half? It looks like we're being too clever by half.

How many times do we have to dink it around coming out of D50 and gift them another set shot? It's the third time this match.
