I may bring him in after our bye if he keeps this up. 5 game average of 106 since his suspension, all above 89.
That was 2017 Dusty yesterday, I watched him closely and he hunted the ball and won his own footy, which he hasn't done as much lately. Was fending off campaigners too and did his best to tackle and put pressure.
Wouldn't bring him in yet, wait until after our bye. We play 8/9 games in Melbourne after our bye and he should finish the year strong with our other players coming back boosting him.

I hate going early on a rookie but just saw that Matt Parkers BE for this week is 90. He is likely to bleed about 20K this week IF he scores at his average of 55! Think I just need to bite the bullet and lock in his price gain this week & bring in his team mate Robbie Young just to start building the bank for the byes.

Parker only sitting at F8 so Young can just sit there and be used if/when needed. He looked lively for his 2 goals on debut (against good opposition) and should go ok v the Blues at Marvel this week.

You have a lot of options with that much cash. You could upgrade Duursma/Scrimshaw to any gun mid you want. I'd be inclined to look at ways to do a double upgrade though. Something like...

Moore > Whitfield
ROB > Boak

Yeah that would work. Saints playing Sunday also means that Parker provides a nice late fwd loop to get a look at either Larkey or Petruccelle scores for F6. Parker can then still become Young for Rnd 11 but after a sample size of 1 more week!

thats the way i'm leaning at the moment.
will hopefully be able to go Scrim > Rookie, Hore > Seagull the following week. In the meantime though Parker will have lost $50k.

Not for me. I don't think he can. Scored 106 yesterday against the worst team in the comp. SO much talent in that team and only so many points to go around. Also susceptible to injury.

only one score above 80 and you cant play the Blues every week.
i reckon absolute best case scenario he goes at low 90's and with his injury/suspension history its just not worth it.
