Both my defender bench rookies are dead so I have to trade in a defender to avoid a donut...

Have farrar to deal with as well. Berg cooked, Powell cooked...it's just too much now

Assuming berg plays go powell to fwd rookie (prob treacy as then you can flick him to R3 when you trade flynn at his bye) and raz to whichever of guthrie/bont/duncan/steele you want via laird.
Sit farrar on fwd bench field rowe (for one week).

If berg is out then one of him or farrar needs to go along with raz if you have the cash.

I'm a lowly 958th and I'm bringing Hogan in as a Tex style stepping stone because I'm povvo asf and can't afford anyone better right now. b/e of 5 so should make some money even if he fails. Has an easy run of games right after his bye. Wouldn't recommend if you've burnt through all of your allotted trades to this point though as he will require a trade out at some point.

I'm considering him but think Heeney has the higher ceiling/lower floor. Also my gut says he is more likely to be in my side come the end.. injuries and scoring both considered

15 trades left and 2 rookies on field (Jordan & Poulter) I am carrying Cripps (until his bye at least) so some would say 3 rookies on-field. Next week I'll do Flynn > cheap rookie & Scott > Cerra (prob) which will leave me with only Jordon on-field and 120k in the bank towards upgrading Jordon. So let's say 12 trades left with a "complete" = no rookies on-field team. Reckon that's enough to do a handful of sideways/upgrades through the byes and the run home?

Heeney's a better pick than Hogan for sure. 94-97 guy vs 80-90 guy at his best. They both obviously come with huge injury/resting/late-out concerns at the moment though.

I will stick with Atkins for now he has been frustrating but ok. The Hogan pick is a gamble but with Greene out he will get plenty of chances and he can score well especially if he plays up the ground.
