I'm scared to bring in Zac O'Brien because that means I'll be stuck with ZOB and Acres at M9 and M10, with no DPP cover
atm I have Shenton and Acres at M9 and M10, and I'll be very reluctant to move Shenton fwd

I'll be waiting a week on ZOB anyway, see if he can star and really cement his spot, he is 23 yo so he might not need to be rested like the 1st/2nd year rookies

Definitely wait the week, but it was one heck of a debut! Without knowing anything about him, if he's just there for cash generation he seems like a great option provided he's named. But if you're looking to have a solid lock at M9 then it's hard to say anything more before he plays again. But Shenton looks like a pretty capable M9 anyway at this point

I can definitely see where you're coming from. But with 15 trades left I feel like I can afford to do a few sideways trades to chase those extra few PPG, and I think it'll be closer to 15 than 5-7

Also, if not Griffen I don't really have anyone else to upgrade, if I do the Kolodjashnij -> Burgoyne my backline is settled, Griffen is my worst midfielder so that's settled, I can't yet upgrade my F6 so I'll have to wait on that, and rucks are in a similar situation as Griffen, Macintosh is getting by alright, but could be upgraded to someone better.

I don't mean to sound like I'm shooting down you're opinion, and I definitely appreciate the feedback, but I just don't see another trade that needs doing more so than this one (other than those I'm doing this week of course, which I'm still not 100% on)

I wouldn't be trading in Burgoyne, much better options around.

Who would you suggest?

I can't afford McVeigh or Simpson, already have Bartel, Swallow, Hibberd, Malceski

Leaves Burgoyne, Johnson, Smith, Jaensch, unless I'm missing someone obvious?

Those guys you have are very good.Johnson and Jaensch are good options even someone like Birchall could be good pick around the 450k mark.

I'll no doubt trial each of them in the side between now and lock out!

Might have to sleep on it, I'll be back later to see what trades I can muster up

Langdon to Jaensch
Taylor to Zorko

Making my team with 8 trades remaining and ranked 950th.

B: Burgoyne, Hibberd, Simpson, Swallow, Jaensch, Langford (Gardiner, Bews)

M: Ablett, Pendlebury, Beams, Selwood, Liberatore, Watson, Ward, Goddard (Shenton, Hartung)

R: Sandilands, Minson (Thurlow, King)

F: Dangerfield, Parker, Martin, Zorko, Pavlich, Roughead (Ambrose, Cameron)

Pretty happy with how this year is panning out, just one more upgrade to go, wish I had of started better. Was around 20,000th overall after round 4 and been playing catch up ever since.

Is Taylor Walker looking like a decent option?

First big score of the year but he's moving well and should average over 90. Not sure I can keep playing one of Lennon or C. Cameron.

I like their last 5 matches, If Lloyd doesn't play again I think I'll be taking a punt on him.

Langdon > Jaesnch
Tyson > Rockliff

Midfield complete - Forward line needs boosting & happy with my defense.

Thinking of:
Langdon > Jaensch
Cotchin > Fyfe/J.P.K

Fyfes breakeven makes me think twice instead bringing him in next week but don't want to lose any more coin on Cotchin!
