Round 12 Trades

Bit of an ant / grasshopper situation for me on the rucks.
Liked Lycett (Sinclair more, tbh, who hasn't been great) but went with Goetz in terms of loopholing, so went out and got on the beer bongs all summer.
Now that winter has come around, the ants are relaxing by the fireside feasting on decent backup scores, their R/Fs playing away on the swingsets.
Hope us others don't end up running around in the cold dining on donuts.

It really depends what you're studying. Anything outside of the physical sciences, engineering, medicine, comp sci, economics or mathematics is a waste of time and watching the footy will actually serve you better.

Mmmm interesting. This is one of those potential trades that will define the rest of my teams season. In doing my sums if i get suckers for under 400k sitting at d6 it will mean i can upgrade to a 550k fwd and a 600k mid, rather than a 500k fwd and 550k mid to complete my team.
I am thinking sacrificing 10-15ave in the back should return 25-30 ave in fwd+mid.

I'd try and get Dangerfield this week since he has dropped in price (slightly). You would have to go early on someone like Smith though. To make enough cash perhaps go Brown or Dea to Lee in defence (assuming Lee gets named) and Smith to Danger.

Sir Skid beat him in tragics and jiska started a banter thread which he took as a personal humiliation thread. But it clearly was just a mate having a dig, I think he just overreacted a tad cos still fuming about being creamed by sir skid.
Then the nazi police came and said jiska apologised when technically he never did ,(NTTAWWT jiska just said he never said anything wrong and it was meant to be a friendly banter and would delete if krujan took it wrong which is fair enough but not an apology) but krujan went nuts and comitted bf suicide by posting a couple of nasty posts....that was wrong.

Simmo was just on 5AA. He said Nic's always sore and has been carrying the achilles since round 1.
He will play unless he has a set back during the week.

Its annoying they managed to hide it so long.
I was 50/50 all last week on whether to buy gawn or nicnat and went nicnat thinking he was the more durable option.

What do you think of Selwood rathen dangerfield?

Selwood much better value and better history over many years. I think Danger is actually slightly over priced however he keeps churning out the massive scores every week with no sign of slowing, that's why he is pretty much proving to be a must have. For what it's worth I'm getting Danger this week and I already have Selwood.

I should warn you though my season is already gone to the dogs thanks to bad luck and bad decisions so take my advice with some salt .

Rocky could be a super risky option you might want to consider especially if you are behind and fancy a gamble.

I think it's up to krujan, if he wants to come back I'm sure the mods will be reasonable as he didn't do much wrong except one comment he should apologise to sir skid for making if he's a decent guy.
Maybe he's just over it and went out with a bang it's bizarre.
