Its funny how such a rock solid ruck combo can become a potential disaster in such a short period, i just hope to god if one or both of nicnat and goldy are out, theyre not named tonight, f***cthat late out shit

i spent 1.3 million at the start of the season on a set and forget ruck combo cause i've wasted too many trades in the past trying to get it right.

so far i've traded them both out and now it looks like NicNat, who i traded in, may miss this week

Need some strategic advice please to finalise my team.

I want to bring in:
- DEF: Boyd + Docherty
- MID: Neale + Ward
- FWD: Zerrett

Forward will be last upgrade.

I want to prioritise mids, but I'm assuming I should let my mid rookies moo for a bit longer, then it's as simple as downgrading+upgrading to get the mids. I want Neale in as a priority and I can't afford him right now.

So this week I should downgrade a def rookie and upgrade to Boyd? And mids to follow in the next few weeks?

All your upgrade picks are reasonable, the hard part is figuring out WHO you want.

You've done the hard part- now just prioritise WHEN they come in, by looking at the BEs of your cows.

Lee's a decent chance for a few more games with the Saints' current injuries. I don't like his prospects long term but with your team and preferences, your downgrade options are a bit limited this week. He's probably best choice if you need to trade.

So I even asked him last night whether he wouldn't mind going on a stat-padding rampage for a few weeks just to get us through the byes. He said sorry no, I hate SC, can't help you.

So go for it. He's still not the biggest problem I have to fix and I just know he'll pick it up the minute I trade him out.

Maddening thing is he's actually been good on the field. Metres gained and DE% are up on last year. Had one game of 21 possies at 100% and still only got 68. Screw CD.

12 trades left and 100K in the bank.
Bloody Yeo. Not sure whether to downgrade him to Lee and field collins(will probably outscore yeo ) or do a speculative upgrade to suckling/gibson.

Would prefer to hold until round 14 and turn him and ruggles into docherty/simpson using adams as cover.
I am enjoying charging up the rankings though so i dont know.......(have gone from 75K to 12K in the last 6 rounds)
Any input appreciated, thanks in advance!

p.s all the coloured dots are for my bye's. as it stands im gonna be absolutely hammered in round 15(opposite to most people) but should be full premo for 13-14 and should be able be full premo rd 15 if i dodge injuries.

Maybe wait a week get Jansen for smith upgrade ruggles to Rance after he's bye.

Hold and do proper upgrades.
Even bench yeo and play collins. You'll feel better.

I did with Tmac earlier in the year- benched his useless ass and played hartley/brown.

Brown and hartley didnt really score any better or worse than Tmac during those weeks, but i felt less rage tradey and it gave tmac some more time to turn his form around (which he has been doing).

Not that I'm saying that yeo will turn it around- but he hasn't lost mega money and his BE isnt massive... So it's not really going to hurt you that much giving him a few more weeks to improve.
