Anthony seems to have his best scores against the more average teams, but I'd still see it as a decent swap for Dangerfield. I got off him a few weeks ago, was a great decision!

I'm assuming your 2nd trade is the other way around? If so, then definitely yes.

Well i need at least $2000 left over to upgrade otten to dal santo
so i say $380,000 left over i was also looking at beau muston just as a cash cow or emergency back up
with the extra money left over maybe upgrade a forward next week

What do people think? I'll also be trading Nahas to Didak this week!

Then I'll only have 2 more upgrades to make, which will hopefully be getting Hodge in a week or 2 and then getting Stevie J in about 2 weeks... if i get ellis instead of enright it'll make getting hoge and stevie j a fair bit easier!

Ellis is a great buy. Will score similar to Enright for 100k less.
Ellis scored 75 in 3 quarters last week

What are peoples thoughts on Cooney as an upgrade for a cow? He has dropped about $130k allowing for almost a straight swap for someone like Rich.

Judging by his scores he seems to be starting to find some form. The kind of form that snagged him a shiny little medal last season.

That said though, I haven't actually watched him play for quite a few weeks. How is he looking? Starting to have more of an influence on games?

EDIT: Another one having a similar form rise after a similar price drop is Lukey Power. Thoughts?

If it were me id probably do Ziebell and Krakour for Didak and J Brown, but you now have problems with your backline with Bowden out, who knows whether he will play again ?

So id bring in one of those charectors this week for kraks

Power's been fully fit as far as i am aware yet is still inconsistent. At least Cooney has a reason. I see Power as a bargain basement type 6th mid if you've run low on trades or cash. Otherwise, may as well keep your cow.

Cooney, however, is good value. Also look at Scott Thompson who is about $450K I think and very consistent close to 100 ave when fit, which he is now.

Happy with that - needed a midfield boost. Team almost set but only 6 trades left now. My biggest decision left is what to do with Chad - he's riding the bench, but I'm thinking it might be worth downgrading him in the next couple of weeks to someone like Gilbee or Ellis and using the extra cash to get a better forward upgrade, e.g. Riewoldt (I have hardly any cash in the bank). I reckon I'll end up with the team I want and about 1 or maybe no trades left for the finals and just hope no one gets injured or rests!
