Nothing will ever be funnier than Marshall being paid that mark.

The first time the rub of the green went our way and we rode that all the way home

This team is a machine.

To quote Mike Tyson, How dare they challenge us with their primitive skills
Yep - if you can't play 4 quarters against this mob, you'll pay a very heavy price. Exciting times ahead.

A damn good win. We couldn’t cope with Geelong’s slick ball movement in 1st qtr then got back into the game in the 2nd. We were clearly the better team in the second half

It's almost like there's now a guy in the coaches box who can see the rot setting in, can change things up to halt the opposition team's momentum, then wrestle all the momentum back in his team's favour, rather than have a squeamish guzzle of a cola drink that contains artificial sweeteners.

You don't want to kick it near JHF. He will torch you.

Great win. Looked like a team that had consecutive 6 day breaks in the first - fumbling, dropping marks, hanging back off contests and really loose checking. It continued in the second, but then we clicked into gear, and ramped up the pressure.

Geelong just couldn't cope with the wave running, depth kicking and extra height in the forward lines, and it came off the back of ruck domination by Lycett, clean clearances through Butters and Rozee, defensive clamping by McKenzie on Rohan, Allir on Hawkins and Bergman was superb on Cameron.

McEntee performed an amazing forward tagging job on Stewart, and was rewarded late; SPP bulldozed the ball forward, Wines stuck his ample frame over the ball and Finlayson and Marshall finished the job.

Huston was just about our best, he attacked the ball with venom and used it well, but JHF had a shocker with his form and gave away too many frees. Narkle also needs a shout out on his club debut, he worked really hard and was one of the sparks that turned the tide. Sinn showed little things - a bit of feistiness and a good attack on the ball.

On a whimsical note, it appears that training has been willing these past few weeks - Dixon had a cut on his nose last week, and Marshall was sporting a bandaged eye tonight.

Eleven in a row now, and TOP OF THE LADDER, BAYBYYYY!!!
