Nothing specifically team wise coming out so far today, as to be expected with a Sunday game.

Although I am hearing Grainger-Barrass to debut, and a season ending injury to a senior player has occurred today.

Message just came through with the changes...

IN: Grainger-Barrass (Debut), Hartigan, Worpel
OUT: Impey (Injured), Burgoyne, Cousins

Sub: Burgoyne

Impey broken ankle today in training going for a spoil.

Poor Impey can’t take a trick. That’s two serious injuries to him in a short space of time.

Very different defence for this game. Will be interesting to see how it goes. Only CJ and Hardwick under 189 cm.

Great to see DGB in the team. Wonder how much game time he will play.

Sh!t news about Impey. He was putting together a really solid year. Starting to get back to his best.

Sounds like the ship may have sailed with Cousins left on the docks at this point.
Really excited to see how DGB goes and am stoked that they're showing faith in Jai again this week.
Get the feeling we're going to get double digit debuts this year- and a proper debut for Downie.

It's annoying but long term as long as it heals fine there could be worse outcomes.

We know Impey is going to be on the list next year. There's questions on many others as well as a lot of green shoots that we can play off HBF - Greaves, DGB, even Pepper or Downie. So now there's one extra spot in the senior team for the taking for the rest of the year where we can see what we have.

shit news with Impey but Day's ankle break wasn't too bad so hopefully it's in that vein he's right to go from day-dot for 2022 pre-season

at least it doesn't really matter that he's out in terms of our season prospects, but it still sucks when you consider he's a joy to watch play, and for his own mental health

first Sic, then Day, then DGB, now Jars — we've been robbed of periods of seeing our exciting-to-watch, skilled backman go at it

somebody go and warn CJ
