He's competing for Worps / Newks spot. Pretty bloody hard to win a place against those two.
He really would only play if we were rotating, resting or an injury to one of our mids, as for most of the season they have been pretty solid. Hust hasn't been bad at BH, just not consistent enough to disrupt our key mids.
It was Frenchie v Hust (and then v Ward, once Day was back) for a lot, but French can play more utility / outside - so has the flexibility that allows him to stay in the seniors (and his disposal is often class).

I believe they're easing Will in today - I think he's only playing one half, so sadly don't think we will see much more of him today?

He's SLOW. In general play he's a liability, can't stop his opponent from getting the 2m gap to be an option.
He's very good by hand, actually looks to put team-mates into space rather than handball to them. Has all the 'trick-shots' - over the head, inside-out scoop, etc. Is neat by foot, but not particularly creative or classy, which is a little odd considering his work by hand. Solid tackler though I think it's his height/reach that helps there at VFL level, he's still pretty slight so expect AFL guys would push through/out.
He's the sort of player that will either become a Very good AFL #1 ballwinner, or won't make it at all.
This was DGB - he was almost last in - but he played a calming role. Turned his back on the Cats, dragged team-mates out. Laughed at one cat that tried to get up in his face.
