Well, thank goodness Rd14 is over. If you managed to escape the carnage, you would have had a nice little rankings boost!

Onto Rd15 and, hooray, no more Thursday night games.

So many questions!

- Will Fyfe/Ablett/Kelly be back?
- What to do with such a cheap Beams?
- What is a premium defender anymore? Roberton, Williams, Shaw, Laird, Simpson - average of 68 between the lot of them!
- What's even premium forward? Nankervis sure doesn't look like one and don't even get me started on Lynch....
- Who's going to lift the cats this week, especially against the Giants? Baby Dangerfield is on the way, Scooter received some treatment on his hamstring late in the game, does J.Selwood get told to sit out a week courtesy of a failed concussion test? God forbid all 3 miss, not sure SC mid benches stretch that far this year.
- What's par going to be? Projected 2,440 last round, ended up on 2,260 and held ground.

Jack Steele had 34 touches, ~10 tackles and a goal for ~150 DT points on the weekend. Even though the Saints won, surely he comes back in..

Hoping to get Fyfe back as well

Wonder how many weeks Scooter is out for? Wanted to go into this round with 0 trades after avoiding carnage last week and scoring 2414...but might need to trade out now :(.

Hopefully can go big again this week and move into top 1k!

Sandi can **** right off too with his xxxx injury.
I doubt Fremantle will drop that big lump of a kid who played very well on debut. How do him and Sandi fit together??

I've decided Nank has to go. 2 weeks after the bye he is struggling without back up. The early season intercept marks, often contested, are a fading memory, and with it his scoring power. Admittedly, was against the in form ruck of the moment, but next week, against the high leaping Ryder, will not score well. I'll roll the dice and have no relief ruckman.
Who to bring in? Have Yeo, Macrae, Dahl, Greene and Heeney with Greenwood swinging/sharing M8 with Scooter until one becomes Jelwood. Can't afford Billings as I am short of trades, which leaves the KPFs. Cameron or Buddy? Buddy is the safe choice and has had hi usual shocker. Could easily have scored 140+ if his radar was on Friday and is in about 1/3 of teams.
Cameron works hard as a high forward, is a good contested mark and a reliable shot at goal. Had a shocker against the Blues. Leaning towards him. Thoughts? No love for Lynch after 2 poor scores?

I certainly hope so. Still puzzled by his dropping. At least with another 4.40 Sunday time slot (yay) he's the perfect loop. Bolton and Parsons playing at the same time somewhat negates that though.

If I get Fyfe, Kelly and Steele back I might just do the one trade. Stewart > Witherden. Unfortunately it doesn't really net me enough cash to do much with a bench full of cheap, playing (and non playing ) spuds (Bolton, Parsons, Cousins, Fisher, Schazberg, Lloyd). Hoping a few of them return to make some more cash.

Greenwood can stay at F6 for a little longer. Not even sure if I'll want to trade him but his cash may be the only way I can get a full team this year.

Big couple weeks coming up!

I read that Steele had 36, but absolutely no impact on the game. Rocky like. Will be surprised if he comes straight back in.

Another question for the OP. Will the 5th best ruck in the game finally get a run in the seniors?

I reckon he's coming back in. Was even named on the extended bench on the weekend.
after a couple down weeks, the coach just wanted him to have a run in the VFL. He dominated. He'll come in
I'll be shocked if he doesn't come in

From AFL website. Seconds wrap up.

"Dumped midfielder Jack Steele racked up 36 disposals but he too lacked impact. "

Team going into Round 15. Hoping to pass 2300 for the first time this year.
No trades this week. Planning to upgrade Greenwood and one of Scharenberg/Ryan in a few weeks.
Only projected 2205 this round compared to last weeks 3047 (2413). But who knows with projections.
Need Ryan to keep his spot, and the campaigners Buckley and Clarkson to name Scharenberg and Cousins.
Pretty f*cked for the rest of this year though.
Have to keep Sloane, Heppell, Nank, instead of trading them to say, Zerrett, Jelwood and Gawn. Also won't have more than 2-3 bench rookies. :'(

Oh well. #F*ckSuperCoach2017 :drunk:

Nank's last chance to stay in my team this week
I'll take an 80+ score, I just want to see him ti run, take a few marks, make a few tackles, and not look like an elephant

If he fails he becomes Grundy, Mummy, Stef or Jacobs, to partner Gawn in the ruck with Ryder as support
