I started off terribly myself mate, after round 6 I was ranked 51,558

I also traded out Fyfe in round 4, and later back in.

Yeah that's rough! I think I was around the same possie (50k+) at that time too. It's been an uphill slog to reign it in to 11k now.

It's easy to say, as we all have and will again.
Harder to live/own/deal with/acknowledge and no-one is ever ever aware of the full story.

I'll never hide from the fact I've been in that low headspace and its bloody horrid to be in.

But you're absolutely right, its ultimately not the answer.

The greatest challenge is not to ask for help, its to acknowledge you need help.
