Ok, I'm thinking hard on this one:

Muston -> Jay Van Berlo
Rich -> Nicky Dal
VS
Muston -> Jay Van Berlo
Griffen -> Montagna

I could get Ablett for Rich if I downgraded Grima but I need to downgrade Muston for backup in the mids for finals time because that rip Danny Meyer ain't getting a game. Regardless, I have to upgrade one of Rich or Griffen. I'd rather have Griffen in my side but if I got rid of him and made Rich a keeper, I could have Montagna destroying everything in his path. Other cheap smokey options for Rich include Pendlebury, Cross, Corey, Davis, Judd and Goodwin.

The team as it stands, would like to know peoples thoughts on wheter I should trade out R.Houlihan for someone else (Dufield?), and maybe even trade out Griffen for a star that is performing (Swan?), would love to know what people think.

You'll probably get the biggest points advantage brining in Swan if he is going to continue to score 150+ for the rest of the season. No point in upgrading any of your backs, besides Goddard the rest struggle to average 100, but if anyone Drummond has the biggest potential.

If I was you I wouldn't do the Rich-->Goodes trade.

If Hawthorn don't win this week they will probably be dead and gone. Will they keep playing Hodge/Buddy? Maybe they will but there is a good chance that they won't so keeping the trade could be a better option.

So I'd just do Higgins-->Pav and keep the other trade. Only my opinion though.

My FWD's are currently: Riewoldt, L Davis, SJ, Deledio, ROK, Roughead, Higgins...so options for Higgins' replacement are:

Didak, Pavlich, J Brown, Buddy, Goodwin.

Leaning slightly towards Pavlich, just for his consistency. Nervous about R22 vs Geelong though.

I'd much prefer Rich/Montagna over Griffen/Nicky Dal.


If Jolly plays I have a full team with 4 trades remaining so might just make a luxury trade.
Think my backline is the weakest with Goddard, Newman, Hodge, Gilbee, Hurn, Broughton, Grimes.

I'd say Broughton and Grimes are definite keepers so it will be out of Gilbee or Hurn to Drummond.

Really can't split the 2 of them... Any help??

i am top of the league ladder, but the match will be a close one..

i don't know whether to get rid of Skippy or Higgins in my forward line, as it is obviously my weakest part. I only have the one trade left.
I can trade:
Skippy to someone less than $431,400
or
Higgins to someone less than $486,700

At the moment Higgins seems better, cause i can get someone like Pavlich, but then again, i'm not sure if Skippy is guaranteed a place each week. Also, if Higgins does return, WB verse Geelong and Collingwood in the last two weeks, and i can't see Higgins getting over 80 against them two teams.

What should i do???

I reckon you could toss a coin on that one. Montagna is more consistent that NDS but both are capable of huge scores. If you prefer to keep Griffin over Rich then do that and get NDS. Rich's scoring seems to be coming off the boil recently.

I didn't check so I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Petire is under $431,400.

If he is, I'd trade Skippy to him. He isn't great, but he's consistent and is unlikely to get dropped so I'd go with that.

Didak can't handle a tag but Pav has the Cats away in round 22. I'd still probably go Pav though just becuase of my dislike for Didak. He dives more than Matthew Mitcham and the italian soccer league combined.

Sydneys out of the finals and goodes isnt the most consistent fellow around, and neon leon needs goals to get a decent score
With Ablett u can nullify most teams and dont have to worry about picking a captain and daveys been getting close to a 100 each game

Cheers for that. I'm leaning towards the big Pav. He actually has a nice record against Geelong, so the Round 22 game doesn't concern me. Can see Didak having one or two more real heavy tags in the next few weeks, so might steer clear.
