Moore to think this kid was pretty much dead in the water at the of 2020, he just runs and runs and it's not a jogging pace either it's top speed and in and under apply pressure, spoiling marks and provide linking up play. Very close to our best player atm.

I would love to go back and quote the pre-game post from Blackhawk or whoever it was that said we were a sneaky chance to win this game given the Port injuries - but there are too many nitpickers polluting the thread for me to take the time to go back and find it. Full credit to the OP.

Gunners was strong last week and it was exactly the kinda game he needed to get back into the swing of things, but today's game showed me that Gunners is far from done. He has the potential to be one of those wily old blokes that continues playing well into their 30s. Full credit.

Ward is like the quintessential midfielder and will be a big part of our future and a core part of our midfield. Good on him for ignoring Titch and nailing that goal. Moore is a great "general" fwd, he was so clean. I think MacDonald will complement him incredibly well. Too early to make any long term calls, but i see MacDonald as a super half fwd along the Dayne Beams
