Was fully with you until that last sentenceWho is a top four side other than Collingwood? Sydney?
Melbourne looked as bad as we did yesterday against Brisbane and was assisted by that blackout where Brisbane had shut up shop.
Carlton struggled against a completely crocked Geelong while Richmond struggled against Adelaide who probably would have won if they didn’t play in oppressive conditions the week before. Neither team gives confidence that they would have done any better against Collingwood than we did.
Fremantle and Western Bulldogs are 0-2 after both lost to St Kilda and Fremantle lost to North Melbourne (the Dogs lost to Melbourne which isn’t that big a deal).
If this team is decent it won’t let what happened against Collingwood in contested possession happen again. You can lose contested possession but losing it by 50+ is a complete disgrace and shows that our boys got ahead of themselves after beating Brisbane. I’m confident it won’t happen again.
Don’t turn into one of those supporters. You sound like a WCE fanI am completely emotionally uninvested In This Club I watched live yesterday more interested in the score of a basketball game on my phone, enjoying every collingwood goal.
Nobody has looked as bad as we did yesterday in any game this season.
Forget the media wank about Collingwood. They aren't some super team. They beat an undermanned, underdone Geelong at home by a few goals.
We got beaten by 71 because we suck. It's that simple.
Don't want to burst your bubble, but the same tackle from a different angle:Nah.
This tackle was called high in the first quarter:

Now in this passage of play, this tackle didn’t make a difference as Collingwood had the advantage…but in the wider picture calling this tackle as “high” when it clearly wasn’t set a precedent for the game that said “Don’t bother trying to tackle Collingwood players, we will just give them a free kick.”

Lol.
Ouch. Wouldn't want to poke holes in the "it's the umpires fault we lost by 70 points " narrative . Given we have a full strength list, it's almost as if there won't be anyone left to blame.Don't want to burst your bubble, but the same tackle from a different angle:

Covid is like, so 2020 maaanThe anti vaxxers will have a field day with this post.
It would be like us booing some player cos he left the crows?Yeah, I simply didn’t understand this. Why would they do that? It makes no sense to me and as a Collingwood supporter I thought it very poor form indeed. Just not necessary. Anyway, good luck for the rest of the season
At this point?Don't want to burst your bubble, but the same tackle from a different angle:
