Fantastic game.
Collingwood tried to throw their weight around and we stood up.
The blue bastards tried to help them and we stood up.

2 weeks in a row an oppo player diving has been the catalyst for our fight back when we've looked flat which is great. As it normally makes teams drop their head and start giving away cheap frees.

Finn BOG. Absolutely destroyed Collingwood run and carry. Not even doing a job on daicos, he sat between daicos and the ball carrier which made them use other, unprepared options.

Loved the fans letting daicos know he's soft too.

Really the only down side was scrimshaw being caught between attacking the ball and standing back (went over his head for a goal). 1 negative for the entire team all game.

Anyone who doubt the value of reeves should go away. He even started spoiling when caught behind, a massive step up.

Ryan is so important for the s word (structure), and seemed to help kosi in the process

Might be the most underrated small forward of all time. He isn't applying the pressure he used to but he's still, bar maybe Cyril, the best crumber off the pack I've seen play.

Those knuckleheads in the media questioning the decision to trade out Omeara and Mitchell have gone quiet. We've gone from 18th to 2nd in centre clearances. Day was superb today, especially in the last qtr. Ward developing nicely with Nash and Worpel providing hard edged grunt. Newk just performs week in week out. This win will instill the confidence that we can beat anyone on our day. What a club.

I thought Mitch Lewis, in spite of only getting 2, had one of the best games he's played all season. Some of his marking, pressure and tackling work was fit for a bloke 20cm shorter.

Oh $hit No it was tremendous like watching the new era but we had 3 big marking targets in there today and the small forwards are probably not used to that and where he ball was delivered beautifully to those big guys by the midfield it just looked a bit disorganised at times when we had too many trying for the grab . But I haven’t seen a performance like that for the whole 4 quarters since 2015 . I think the question as to whether or not we stripped back on experience at the trade period too far last year has been well and truely put to bed best bit of list management since recruiting Franklin Roughead and Lewis .

What a fantastic day. Great to see every player make a contribution. The team ethic of “playing for each other” seemed the strongest all year. We were a really committed football team today.

A lot of ups and downs still to come, but today was something to be excited about.

He played a selfless game becoming of a young leader today. Completely took Moore out of the game.

Gave Ryan the opportunity to compete against a lesser defender.
