Even some of our posters were disagreeing with me when I was monumentally angry that he missed AA selection. He’s so criminally underrated internally and externally. Just does his job every bloody week and does it well.

Elliot kicked 3 and didn't really deserve to. Kicked a great goal from the boundary and 1 junk time goal but the rest of the game Dimma outpointed him nearly every contest and I rate Billy as 1 of the best mid sized forwards in the game. Is arguably in Andy Collins territory as a player but doesn't have the flags next to his name. Love him.

I thought Mitch Lewis, in spite of only getting 2, had one of the best games he's played all season. Some of his marking, pressure and tackling work was fit for a bloke 20cm shorter.

100% we look better with him at CHF rather than FF.

So many great moments in this game..

One of, if not the best was when the boys went into bat for Finn and the Pies got the 2nd goal from the free..

Honestly, i thought they might grab momentum in that moment...

Instead we held it together, and we march out of the middle for a quick reply.. The lads are growing and developing very, very nicely.

Maynard wasn't such a hero with Dimma and Newk in his face during the scuffle which I had a laugh at. Was timid all game for some reason. The bully got bullied. Sucked in.

That was huge. Ryan looks like he’s going to be a gun.
Favourite part of the day was Blank lining up and smoking Daicos, second was how we responded from the double goal.

You can bet your bottom dollar Sis giving Daicos a bump as he was wincing after being smashed into will get scrutinised only because it's Nick Daicos. It shouldn't but it will.

The young and exciting Collingwood team's list of best players tonight was:

Not many others did much to speak of. Daicos will be a gun for a long time, no doubt, but they're still very reliant on some older statesmen.
