Im on record as not seeing anything in Samson Ryan. Staggering that we signed him for 3 more years, absolutely mind blowing in fact. But we did, so why drop him for this game? Just needs to play every week unfortunately to at least become competitive, he has already shown he’s a capable VFL level player so not sure the benefit of having him in and out all the time when fit.

Was going to be subbed out of the Port game with an injured ankle before Nankervis got concussed, so I'd guess they're giving him the weekend off given the VFL have the bye
