To be honest, any finals win will be a bonus for the team and I’m pretty sure Clarko would not expected such a high finish in his wildest dreams at the start of the year.

Certainly makes Hawthorn a tasty option for any potential gun player looking to move during the off season. They will able to sign on knowing that finals will be on the cards and they will be able to say they played under a living legend.

It should see him excluded from football altogether. In fact, if he could just crawl back into the shell he was recently hatched from, footy would be much more enjoyable to watch. Despicable self centred little man.

I am elated about the result but still filthy about the standard of umpiring because I know there is more to come. Any umpire who believes that Poppy wasn’t trying to keep the ball in play should not be umpiring this game. Ditto the Mirra blocking free and don’t get me started on the Smith holding on Mills free kick and goal. Will the maggots have to answer for it? Of course not. Untouchable.
