Heeney managed to average 98 with an 18 and 4 scores under 80. He averaged 107 prebye so he is capable of rescuing his slow start. In 2017 he had 10 scores from 18 games under 100, and 4 under 80 (again averaging 98).

I`m confident that if he can get fit by round 5-6 he`ll end up a genuine keeper by rescuing his season.

These are the calls where it can end up being sideways and a waste if they stabilize / if it turns out a really good gamble if they stay down for another 4-6 wks before righting the ship.
No idea tbh. Mills seems more straight forward.

Flicking Dusty for Rockliff atm.

Then can use the cash to either go:
Heeney to Lloyd
OR:
Goldy to Grundy.

Thoughts?

Or: Hind to next best rookie mid. The only one I don’t have in LDU, who looks to be a beast in his second year.

piss em off,if they score 60 they obviously want to be midpricers
much better to have midpricers that want to be premos

Dusty and Heeney giving me angst at the moment. Goldie to a lesser extent.

I'm seriously considering trading both down and banking the cash to bring in Fyfe/Neale and/or Grundy in weeks to come.

Dusty to LDU

Heeney to Daniel/Worpel

Thoughts on either of these trades or both?
Think Dahl is looking REAL GOOD and his output will only increase.

All depends on the severity and time of his ankle issue. I figure if he was that bad, why are they playing him? So early in the season, when every other team is not taking any risks (see Richmond with Houli). Swans have played Buddy and Hannebery without being 100% plenty.

Talk he may not get up for round 3 - that'd probably swing it the other way for me. If he keeps playing I think it's a niggle/tweak and can't be more than 2 weeks away. If he gets rested I figure it must be something a bit more.

If your club doesn’t pump games into kids like this in the position you’re in then there’s something wrong

Brad Scott has been wrong with the club for 10 years now.

If we had a decent coach then he would definitely stay in.

They shouldn't even be in the same conversation.
If you're talking Billings and Heeney I agree in terms of quality of player in real life and SC.
BUT in terms of holding a player hoping they'll come good they could end up being similar situations. If Heeney keeps being played more fwd than mid and his ankle is an issue, he could well be a Billings, until that changes. How long do you wait?
I'm giving him 1 more week.

Considering keeping Dunkley, altho someone like Dahl/Daniels or Boak interests me given the price changes, because if Dunks doesn't improve the way i hope, then the trading then would be quite costly at current price given changes post round 3.

Atm Ridley only issue on bench, might downgrade, and maybe upgrade a rookie to say Moore or Mcarthy etc not sure honestly, sitting nice at rank 357th with 30 trades still

Any thoughts lads?

Happy that i have all the rookies. All other players (except heeney) have had at least one good game.

Also regretting swapping Telly to Dunkley at the last minute but not gonna sideways there

Thinking i pretty much have to hold but want grundy ASAP. 10k left at the moment

Dusty > LDU
Ridley > Lloyd

Thoughts?

Other alternative I’m considering is Dusty > Neale and Heeney > Kelly

I don't think I did the Roughy out Roughy in move but are considering doing it with Lcyett. Probably won't. It feels wrong doing it. Is like admitting you have made a mistake.and I don't like doing that.

Have got a few more days to try a couple hundred different trades. Might even just go for a cash grab as have a few under performing promos.
