I not a twat although I'm very fond of them. I'm not wrong either. I'm not looking at the stats of all the potentially top backmen to give conclusive evidence but I will tell you that Shaw's average over his last 11 games last season was 87.5 and his average in 5 games this year is 83.8. That makes his average over those last 16 games 86.3. That's not the average of a top 10 defender.
