Witts being out has been a blessing in disguise.
Traded Witts to Grundy to avoid a zero, and put Grundy captain. Big win.
Had leftover cash to upgrade and chose Worpel, and went ‘up’ to Day, and Day looks a D6 keeper! He’s a gun in the clearances. (Note Worpel is actually doing decent, but last week pissed me off massively)

But as for Amartey v Day - well yes one is a key forward who plays in a side with 2 other talls and had only scored big in a big win, and the other is playing full mid and has shown ability to score in both wins and losses…
One is an educated risk pick, the other is bizarre.

So flat that I didn't do Docherty to Day this week. He just has to come in next week. Potentially Pickett too.
I could potentially even turn Doch, Ridley, and Setterfield to Oliver, Pickett, and Day (haven't done the maths yet). Rather hold Docherty but seems verrrrryyyy tempting.
I can hold off on Setterfield for Oliver for a week, but I'm wanting points ASAP.
Neither JVR or Brockman demanding selection.

Rat has his highest score of the year. Hopefully he doesn't fall apart like last week. Also need a 40 point second half from Mackenzie to win my BF matchup, not looking that good. Too bad he screwed up those goal opportunities, would have been handy.

It was well known at the time that several clubs went to the AFL asking if they could just take the pick 7 only from the Suns and not put Bowes on their list.
AFL knocked it back saying Bowes must be taken as well.
