No trades. 33 in the bank. Will start going hard once DPP comes into play and rookies start maxing out. I've accepted that Chandler and McKenna have passed me by.

Priority will be Piggy as I need another captain option.

Unfortunately Darcy to Cameron didn't pan out as I hoped (knew Darcy would score well against 0 ruck, Cameron was on track for a similar score).

Few issues - Cameron, JHF, Setters out?, No Chandler.

24k short of straight swap to Witts or English unfortunately so have tossed up a few options to replace Cameron - Grundy (although will need a trade again in 3-5 weeks?), Goldy (age although Xerri out a while), ROB (not sure I have the balls), Flynn (lack of HOs for easy points), Nank (can't see him keeping up the scoring or is this a 2022 Witts situation?).

Will be at footy tonight so will have to make sure Cameron is traded to someone and will update the trade later on if needed.

Not much to go down from JHF to make up the 25k unless its rookie priced. Bench rookies all mooing except constable and he hasn't had the price rise.

Any other ideas?

Anyone considering armartey at his price? 220k ave 100 over 2 games. Still scored 78 despite 0.3 and getting pumped by Melbourne.

2 trades is tough, there is no obvious trade out. Maybe JHF to Chandler?

A 109 averaging mid at 400k with price improvement left - why would you trade him out? Upgrade JHF later from rookie cash gen. Probably just make the necessary ruck change.

I am. Just did a price calc in too serious, and with an 85 average and a couple of spike 100's he can get to $450-$470k by his bye. Even if he only gets to $400k it is worth it I reckon. I'll be playing him on field in place of Phillipou too so watch the Pou break out a 100 against the Suns! My only real concern is JS, with Reid listed as 2 weeks, but if he can last the next 3-4 weeks and score ok it should work out ok.

Getting to him is the issue at $223k, if you don't have a bank or someone you aren't happy with to cull. I'm likely doing Chesser to him via DPP magic and some banked cash from getting rid of Bruhn & Flanders last week.

In summary, if you can do it with one trade then I'm all for it.

Forgot that was a thing and I have Setters. I carried Hopper the week but chose Phillipou instead of Baker for the emergency (40 odd point mistake). For one weekers though is it worth trading out?

Given I only just got him in I would hold and ideally loop Hollands and Baker

I’m going to end up using a second trade to move Grundy on when Gawn returns (based off a small sample of them two together). Ideally, I’d like to wait another week for JVR but I’m not sure if I have other options…

A bit hesistant on English atm as he hasn't played a full season since 2020 which was a reduced season. Nank just coming off his first ever successful full season as well but with less of a peak than English. Thoughts?
