Upgraded Toumpas to Joel Selwood, still may cop a donut in the midfield with Kommer, Viney & Crouch.

Considering 1 more trade, either Chapman out or changing Viney to Mayes (mid/fwd flexibility could be useful).

Who drops out of the bombers side for Kommer to get back in would be my only question Myers was good when he came on) maybe Travis Collyer... Question of JS - persoanlly i'd drop Crouch for Mayes - avoids donut, gives you DPP and Mayes price will increase whilst Crouch is nursing his hammy back to health

I've already traded Viney to Mayes.

The only player I'm watching is Kane Lucas. (valued at $290,000 - break-even of about 30).
If he is named sub, I'm thinking..... Lucas > Evans

What do u think?

Do you have enough cash to upgrade Lucas to a premo? If yes I'd rather go that path.
If not, Evans could be a possibility as a short-term cash generation machine.

I have to trade Rance out...possibly to Harlett but i also have Waters in mind...i also have Crouch and Viney like everyone ...
My mids are Pendles, Cotchin, J.Selwood, K.Jack, Wines, Lucas, Koby Steven, Viney and Crouch...with a bit of money in the bank i was thinking Koby Steven to Ablett...
Any advice is much appreciated:) ...

Koby to GAJ.
As Nike says, JUST DO IT!
Awesome upgrade

OUT: Currie
MOVE: Blicavs from midfield bench to ruck bench (where he started originally)
IN: Mayes

Worthwhile trade? Is Mayes too expensive?

Thanks.

Yep. I like it. Although personally Currie is my floating donut.

What are people's thoughts on playing Rowe permanently as R2. Thinking perhaps Cox and Rowe can ruck and I could trade Jacobs out to make some serious coin for Midfield upgrades.

Karnezis or Crouch to Mayes? :/ If I do Crouch and Karnezis is sub/subbed I will smash my computer screen llol

Ja, want to avoid donut and the other consideration is none of my mids are dual possie whilst I have plenty of forwards who are (Monfries, Martin, Chapman etc)

Will toss the coin over Couch & Viney - Viney has a single digit score to filter through his price and is averaging lower than Crouch but he may have better job security.

I'd go Crouch as he will be sitting on your pine for 3 or so weeks nursing the hammy and even once healed he is no guarantee to grab a spot straight back. Im thinking holding off on my Stevenson-Docherty trade this week and doing it next week, in favour for a Crouch-Evans trade.

Short term it would be ok playing Rowe as R2 I reckon but when he's maxed out time to upgrade him.
Jacobs is doing pretty average IMO. Downgrading him to Gawn would give you alot of cash to get a gun midfielder like J.Selwood in. :thumbsu:

I have been playing Rowe as my R2 since round 2 and it's worked out pretty ok for me.
But give it a few more rounds and I will be looking to trade him out for a cheaper premium!

I'd hold on to Viney, would not be surprised if he came straight back in next week (just like Watts was). Crouch on the other hand, 3 weeks+ on the pine is too much when there are guys like Evans and Mayes you can sub in to make money now. At $180k, Crouch is just cheap enough to be able to trade back in when he comes back, if there are no other rookie options at that time.

Don't Understand all this jumping of Viney Talk , he had one bad week which was totally out of his control because of the coach . . . They will keep in the guts now and not forward . . .
I hear you but alot of people (me as well) have both him and crouch and some like the look of mayes and some other rookies vineys 9 really threw trades planning out the window. His new b/e is 35 i think he will get that if played in the guts if played up forward he might or might not get that so some are cutting there loses.

Thought I'd better use 2 trades, nothing better to do.

Out - Toumpas, Hoskin-Elliot
In - Mayes, Kerridge

Interested to know what to do with D.Swallow

He has a high BE this week (145), but of the guys I could trade him to, Kennedy & Watson have played, and will go down in value and Ablett has a BE of 163.

Should i hold him, knowing what he goes down in value will be countered by the others going down too, or is there a trade i should make this week that cant wait til next!

My midfield is
Swan, Pendlebury, Cotchin, Selwood, Swallow, Wines, O'Meara, M. Jones (Viney, Kerridge)

I have $287100 in the bank and 1 trade to make
Whats your forward line look like matey?

Swallow > Mayes?

Next week upgrade Jones to a premo and still have enough cash to look elsewhere at an upgrade?
