Yeah I'd have Gresham out this week.
Carlton is one team I'd be desperate for Gresham to play.

He had a stinker on the weekend but this week isn't the week I would be sending a message.

He's a much better player than Bytel and this week is probably a 50/50 game. Need to pick the best 22

On form for the season thus far, I don't see Gresham as best 22 right now.

He probably won't be dropped, so you're right, one of windy or bytel will miss and the other one sub maybe.

From your mate Tony

Will have a long run in the VFL.Very raw

No where close to playing AFL according to him
Looks like you might be on the choof instead. My initial post on this was 3 hours before Tony made the comment about him playing VFL.

Well that's what happens when you go the early crow
Yes and exactly why I said "apparently" in the original post.

Does it matter that much?

Isn't he at the kennel?

He is!

For some reason I thought he came back to Carlton.

So who do the Blues have? Young, Weitering and McGovern?
Excellent...

Im not worked up , Im just laughing at you going off half cocked

How am I going off half cocked lol I'm posting what I saw from someone else

What was Windy's role against the Pies- was it tagging, or on the ball or what- didn't seem to get a lot of the ball.
Dont think it was tagging. I thought he would of gone to Daicos but for some reason he didnt.
Just played fwd of the ball as far as I noticed with a few stints through the middle.

Thanks for your input , do you feel better now ?

I really do doubt that we would take players interstate that have no chance of playing just for the "experience".

Said from the beginning that "apparently" he was a chance because it wasn't specified in the post I saw.

Yeah, again, really doubtful IMO that we take players interstate just for that purpose.
Well I guess we’ll agree to disagree, because neither of us knows for sure, but it appears that he is far off playing judging by what we are hearing about him.

I think we actually agree. I said from the beginning that it was surprising and thought he should come through the VFL first. RTB is no bullshit though and couldn't see a world in which Keeler was coming over on the trip purely to just see family, thought there was more in it.

Anyway back to the game.

Adelaide’s most effective weapon on the weekend was shutting down saad - who have we got to do a similar job? Their most critical player aside from docherty.
Saad is battling hamstring tightness so hopefully he doesnt get up.

Yeah Probably.

Just thought new touchy-feely Ross may be open to it. 🤣
Not saying it was his idea, but if the correct people at the club make the suggestion, and that’s a reason we have Aunty Katrina afterall, he may not have a choice.

I do believe that NAS staying was touch and go and maybe they believe they could nip something like that in the bud before it becomes a problem..

I remember both Ryder and Hilly going back to WA for a while but I think already were having some issues.
This case I reckon they’re just trying to preempt anything like that happening. Which I think is smart.

It makes sense of course but personally thought there was more to it. RTB left Steele over in Melbourne to train, and if he cops that as the skipper then a first year player has no hope lol
