I was tossing up Sinclair or Smith

I was thinking my mids look pretty solid with Smith in though

Damnit Pruess.
Not ready to cull any rookies just yet, but someone has to go for you...particularly after passing over Noddy
Wish the bloke was on 1 game not 2, so we could see how he goes alongside Flynn (assuming he stays in).

Would of been better if Port played Friday night to get another look at Hayes to make a choice...

Pruess likely to go up 80 or there abouts ..

If you want to upgrade a defender go for Hewett, is still value at $516k
So I’ve decided on my trades and wanted to get one more thought on them.

Stephens/Hinge/Paddy Mac for Hewett/Hobbs/Perez

Trading out a red dot, a player that’s uncertain on selection and Someone that cash gen is gonna run out on soon for a Def keeper, a mid with cash gen to come and a cheap defensive rookie, and I wanted to keep Bowey as becuase Melbourne are in the form they are in he could still churn out some solid scores.

This will improve my defense massively, which will now be Stewart/Crisp/Short/Hewett/Bowey/Nicky D.

Will only leave me with $1,600 in the bank but that won’t be too much of a problem considering that I’ll be holding for a few weeks after this trade as my cash cows reach their max gen, plus my mids and forwards are churning along nicely.

Pretty happy seeing lots of people trading out Grundy, I'm backing him to rebound, got Essendon this week, they're junk, Draper won't be able to go with him around the ground. No backup ruck, should do pretty well.
Expecting Bryan will be named this week for Bombers

Trade JHF out, sub in Martin to mids, then let’s you trade Rosas into your fwd line. Then just Rowell to Steele as normal assuming the cash works.
So you are trading out JHF for another DPP MID/FWD?

Would love your 'collective minds' on this lot. Liking the idea of Rosas and/or Preuss, however feel that all my rookies still have $$ to make.

Thoughts on where to go here? Rowell perhaps on the block?

I've reverted back to Blakey > Rosas rather than Blakey > SHayes.

If Dixon scores like I expect him to this week (45-55), his cash gen will just about be done. Maybe another 15-20k but nothing significant.

So I'll wait on SHayes and get him in for Dixon next week I reckon.

Trade 1: Blakey>NOD>Martin>Rosas.

Trade 2: JHF > Titch

Was going to edit my post....It was more in response to your comment about Grundy up against a solo ruck.
I agree that Grundy should score well either way and I'm holding him and bringing Preuss to R3
Same, I'm gonna use my second boost and go early on Dixon, going to be aggressive this season.

If Hinge is named I’d keep him over Bowey. Point differential won’t be that different and you’ll pocket 100k now and probably generate a little bit more.

Can you swing a forward Stephens > Rosas
Better off getting a second look at Hobbs, before deciding on him
