Swallow been our best on. Amazing what happens when you play him full time mid. Offering something when not a lot of others are.

Davies' confidence is shot. He shouldn't have played today.

We're so close to turning the wheel. Just can't get that last kick.

This year our defence has been way below it normally is, too. We've been able to absorb inside 50s in years gone by. This year we're leaking goals far more often.

Corbett been invisible too. Have barely even seen him in play. Maybe not the game for lead up forwards, though.

That quarter really highlighted our midfield issues.

Brisbane sends Bailey, an explosive goal kicking runner into the centre to mix things up and he kicks 4 goals in a half.

We send in Fiorini, possibly the slowest midfielder in the comp and he watches as Bailey kicks the goals.

Other than that, we have the worst forward line in the league. Hopefully we can hold on at this point.

HT. Very good effort. We won clearances, contest, inside 50. I would take that every day before the game.

Bailey is the difference. I hate how efficient Lions are inside 50.

Lions first 3 goals we payed price for Buddarick comeback - all were on him.

Umpires in first quarter was horrible for us.

Lions are top 4 team and we play equal game with them. So I would temper criticism. We don't have their confidence.

Wasteful as usual, lack of polish.

Difficult wet conditions.

Rowell great start, should make that shot as many others (Davies, Ainsworth, Rankine).

So far our midfield did a great job. We more than square the numbers. Did you see Neale dominate? Yeah, Bailey playing for us would be handy.

They really jumped us at the start. Suns didn't turn up until 20mins into the first quarter. We were second to the contest, trailing guys in and more. Those first three goals are killer.
