I feel like Schache isn't safe under merrett's care. One illness i can forgive, however two is just too much when he shares the same house with our future Coleman medalist.

What's the weather like? Now I hope it's wet.

Wet slippery conditions but not flooded. Seen a couple Power players kicking to each other around the goals and majority of them were dropping sitters.

It may not mean much but a couple weeks ago I saw Geelong and Port live, Geelong were warming up and kept kicking behinds and then when the first quarter started they kicked to that side of the ground and missed many opportunities that quarter.

So it may hold some merit.

Probably won't hurt us much balance wise given how short Port have gone into the match along with the conditions; Westhoff, Dixon and Trengove are their only talls that will spend time up forward, and one will be rucking. But Merrett is a good match-up for Dixon and we don't have many alternatives should he get a hold of Andrews.

Also leaves a very inexperienced backline which makes me nervous.

Really gotta capitalise on the Stef advantage in the ruck to gain ascendancy in the midfield and ensure we're starving Dixon of any chance of getting off the leash. Andrews gonna have a big day ahead of him but so will the rest of our defence in ensuring space is blocked and they're assisting as the 3rd man if they're playing loose.

With 25 to first bounce the crowd is actually extremely weak from what I can see. Will do though mate.

This is very true, if the pressure is on in the midfield it will be hard for Port to get clean entries to Dixon

Bloody Sunday arvo games, someone tell me what good comes out of cracking a beer at 4pm on a Sunday arvo and having made sure that the fridge is stocked with beer for the next 4 hours!

I have memories of a game I thought was well lost, so gave up and went to have a nana nap..
